How are the posters sent?
The posters are rolled up, wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a cardboard tube to assure it doesn't get bent during delivery.
Do you ship outside of Sweden?

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your parcel via the shipping ID that you will get in your e-mail after purchase!
How do I know you have accepted my order?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the order has come through to us. If you for some reason hasn't received it, please email us on info@scandinavianposterproject.com

Can I return my order?
You may return your order by notifying us within 14 days from the day that you received the package. Please send us an e-mail with you name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which products that the withdrawal relates to. You must then also, immediately and within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, return the product/s to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to us and we therefore strongly recommend that you send these in their original box and/or packaging.
Refunds
We will refund the full amount paid for the product, excluding shipping cost. If the item has been damaged in any way we to reserve the right not to give a refund / give a partial refund. We process the refund as soon as soon as we have received the item. The refund will be paid with the same payment method used to pay the original order.
